Barcelona are refusing to send the paperwork clearance for Neymar

 The Brazilian could be forced to miss PSG's game at Guingamp on Sunday August 13- Thursday, August 10, is the deadline for the paperwork to be submittedNeymar might fail to make his Paris St-Germain debut this weekend against Guingamp because of Barcelona.

The BBC report that the Catalans are yet to send French football authorities the paperwork for clearance to play in Ligue 1.

The Brazilian joined the French club in a world record 222m euro (£200m) move from Barcelona.

The Spanish football federation has until Thursday night August 10 to send the necessary documents, according to the LFP - French football's governing body.

This could be the second competitive game Neymar could be missing after he failed to play in last Saturday's Ligue 1 win over Amiens.
